The National Trust property of A La Ronde is a quirky and unique fascinating 16 sided house, full of creative treasures from around the world.  The hexadecagonal building was the work of Jane and Mary Parminter in 1796.  It was built for the 2 spinster cousins on their return from a grand tour of Europe and contains many objects and momentoes of their travels.  It really is a wonder to behold.

There is also a Shell Gallery is a unique work of art, get inspired by this stunning natural canvas created from around 25,000 individual shells.  Due to the fragility of the collection the Shell Gallery can only be viewed using our 360 virtual tour on touchscreen.
