We visit the village of Cheddar; an area of outstanding natural beauty and of course famous for its cheese, caves and gorge followed by a visit to Wells, said to be the smallest City in England and also one of the most beautiful.

The village of Cheddar is found nestling on the edge of the Mendip Hills; an area of outstanding natural beauty and of course is very famous for its cheese, caves and gorge.  There are also souvenir and gift shops, coffee shops, and a supermarket in the village.

 

Wells is said to be the smallest City in England and also one of the most beautiful, again located on the foot of the Mendip Hills.  Home to Vicars Close - reputed to be the oldest complete, continuously inhabited medieval street in Europe.  

 

Entry to any of the paid attractions is not included in the ticket price.
