£495 per person
You will be staying at the 4 star Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort which is nestled in 190 acres of beautiful woodland, has a championship golf course plus an outstanding health club and spa (health and beauty services are subject to availability and will incur an additional cost payable directly to the hotel).
Price Includes: 4 night’s Dinner, Bed & Breakfast accommodation at the 4 star Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort, where guests can enjoy complimentary use of the hotel’s leisure facilities including a gymnasium, sauna, indoor swimming pool and steam room. There will be a full programme of festivities during your stay as detailed (this is a sample itinerary from previous years and is subject to change at the managers discretion).
Not Including: Single room supplement £100 per person.
Sunday
We leave Plymouth at 8am, making a coffee stop and a longer lunch stop along the way. We aim to arrive at our hotel mid afternoon where we will be greeted with tea / coffee and cake on arrival. We can then relax and unwind before our first evening meal is served.
DMonday
(Christmas Eve) - After breakfast we head across the Humber Bridge for a morning visit to Hull; the UK’s City of Culture 2017, located where the River Hull meets the Humber Estuary. We return to our hotel for a light buffet lunch and an afternoon at leisure. This evening we will enjoy a pre-dinner drinks reception and our evening meal will be followed by live entertainment.
B, DTuesday
(Christmas Day) - Merry Christmas Everyone! We will enjoy a traditional 4 course set Christmas lunch today followed by the Queens speech when we will have tea / coffee and cake. This evening we will have a Christmas buffet dinner followed by entertainment such as a Christmas quiz and bingo.
B, DWednesday
(Boxing Day) - We will enjoy a half day visit to Lincoln today, with its medieval Cathedral and Castle which is home to one of only four surviving copies of the original 1215 Magna Carta. Otherwise head to the high street where you will find a fantastic mix of fashion, home and department stores - grab yourself a bargain in the sales! We return to our hotel for an afternoon of entertainment such as Boxing Day races. This evening we will have pre-dinner Bucks Fizz reception followed by a 3 course set evening meal and live entertainment (singer).
B, DThursday
Sadly we must head home today, we will make regular comfort stops and a longer stop for lunch along the way. We aim to arrive back into Plymouth late afternoon - early evening.
